We cordially invite Participants to join Krakow Old Town / Kazimierz sightseeing on Tuesday and to excursion to "Wieliczka" Salt Mine and visiting Royal Private Apartments and Cathedral on the Wawel Hill on Wednesday.

Participation in these conference events is covered by the conference fee.

 

Important information about visiting Wieliczka Salt Mine:

Dear Participants,

the route includes approx. 800 stairs, 320 of which are at the start. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing according to the conditions on the route. The temperature underground falls within the range of 17–18ºC.

  • Visiting Wieliczka Salt Mine

The Wieliczka Salt Mine is now an official Polish Historic Monument and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. 

The tourist route is nearly 3 km long underground corridors, 800 stairs and a descent to depth 135 m underground. 

So far, the route has been visited approximately 36 million tourists.
